Italian chef Matteo Carboni offers hands on cooking classes using the best of Barossa's famous fresh produce. After the class you will be seated in the Enoteca and dine on the wonderful dishes you have just prepared with a glass of pared European wine and Illy coffee. The cooking school is designed for intimate groups (larger classes available for private bookings) for completely hands on cooking classes using the best of the Barossa Farmers Market's seasonal produce and our super fresh local free range eggs. Matteo's classes are a great opportunity to learn and have fun in the kitchen. You will not only learn the recipes included in your class but how you can adapt them to seasonal availability, you will talk about Italian food history & culture, and feel like you have been transported to Italy for a day.
